I want to give a presentation to someone of a possible building project. Lets use the Sears tower in Chicago for an example.

I’d like someone to be able to put in a CD and see the Chicago skyline and then out of nowhere the Sears Tower would start to grow and finally be completely erected.

Forgetting about the cost. Who would be the best professional to look to to create this effect? Would it be someone in the filming industry, computers, or architects?

Anyone know a firm in Chicago, IL. specifically?

How about someone to film it?
